Return Policy
At the Le Brio Candle Co., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 30 days of delivery.
If you are unhappy with you order you may return unused candles within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy
Shipping to the U.S.
The total time from order to shipment of items can take up to 1-3 days. This is due to payment processing timelines. It can take up to 3 business days for your payment to be released to us.
We always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address.
International Shipping
Shipment delivery will take 7-21 days (or more during the holidays) depending upon where your order is being shipped.
An important note: once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace.
